BROOKS HOUSE AT LAKE PARK, HERMITAGE, TN

A Group home for eight women who have developmental disabilities.  Located in a quiet subdivision in the Hermitage community of Nashville, the Brooks House at Lake Park provides meals, transportation, recreational activities, and 24-hour supervision through a loving and dedicated staff.
